Ok yes, we do serve burgers, and people rave about them, but as the Posh Scoff truck is essentially a kitchen on wheels, there is really little limit as to what we can offer.
It features two deep fat fryers, two griddles and a twin hob, all powered by gas, along with an electric hot cupboard, a turbo fan oven, a large fridge, and a freezer.
